CREAM SOUP FROM BAKED VEGETABLES🍅
– 3 juicy tomatoes
– 2 red bell peppers
– 2 onions
– 2 heads of garlic
– chili pepper optional
– oregano (a lot)
– salt pepper
– olive oil
We drink the vegetables at 200 for about 50 minutes (we get the garlic 10 minutes earlier), let it cool a little, peel it, throw everything into the blender bowl, add oil, spices and beat until smooth.
Serve with feta and add lots of basil 🌿
This soup can be eaten hot or cold.
