Easy meal? Then try the Stir-fry recipe I have shown on this video!

Sautee Chicken with garlic and onions first with light soy sauce, cook until chicken is tender. Add carrots and cook for about 2 minutes. Season it with Salt but mine I used Ginisa mix (seasoning you can buy in the Philippines) Then add broccoli and bell pepper cook for another minute before adding the romaine lettuce. After a couple of seconds, that’s it! Healthy Chicken and Vegetable Meal is cooked!

I love Romaine Lettuce because of its crunchiness. You can use Cabbage or another type of Lettuce that you like. For a healthier stir-fry meal, you may omit the chicken or use breast part.
