Is that cilantro? you shouldn’t eat’em with cilantro. You can add lettuce and aguacate, also a slice of ham

You are missing one ingredient (a stew), tostadas usually have beans, chopped lettuce, crema, some sauce, avocado (optional) + a stew (picadillo, tinga de pollo, rajas con crema y elote, shredded chicken)

Yumm!! I made something similar a few weeks ago with a sunny side up egg cooked in enchilada sauce. It was SO good!

We call those chalupas (the final product). I think the vehicle is the tostada? Someone correct me if I’m wrong. Kinda like we call a hot dog a hot dog and not the weenie. Some ppl call the weenie/frank a hot dog. But the final product is hot dog-right?
