  2. Hi Marion, dumb question but can you soak the meat in the marinade too long. Want to prep everything in the morning and cook it all tonight. On the recipe it shows rice wine in the stir fry sauce but the video doesn't, which one is right please, thank you.

  7. Capsicum is a very generic name addressing many "peppers". Also capsicum is not a flavor profile which you stated in another video as different peppers in the capsicum family have differing flavor profiles. No need to try and be fancy just call them "Bell peppers" FFS
