WRITTEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
(for frying paneer cubes)
PANEER 400GM
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1SP
SALT AS PER TASTE
CORN FLOUR 2SP
COOKING OIL 500ML
(for sauce)
COOKING OIL 3SP
FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC 10 CLOVES
FINELY CHOPPED GINGER 1 INCH
GREEN CHILLIES 3 TO 4
CHOPPED ONIONS 1 (LARGE SIZED)
GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1SP
DARK SOY SAUCE 2SP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER 2SP
CORIANDER POWDER 1SP
CURRY LEAVES 20
WATER 100ML
CORN FLOUR SLURRY 3SP
SUGAR 1SP
FRESH FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
PROCEDURE:
(frying paneer cubes)
* To a mixing bowl, add paneer, black pepper powder,
salt as per taste and corn flour. Mix well.
Do not over work; Paneer cubes may break.
Toss them to get even coating.
Set aside for 10 minutes
* To a frying pan, add 500ml cooking oil for frying.
* Drop paneer cubes into the hot oil
Do not stir for about 2 minutes
After 2 minutes, toss them to get even cooking
Fry them for 4 minutes on a medium flame.
Fry them on high heat for about a minute to get the
crisp surface.
Drain fried paneer cubes from the oil after
5 minutes.
Let them cool
(sauce)
* To a hot pan, add cooking oil, finely chopped garlic,
finely chopped ginger, chopped green chillies,
chopped onions, ginger garlic paste.
Bring them together. Saute them on a high flame
until the aroma gets released and onions turn
translucent.
* Then, add dark soy sauce, black pepper powder,
coriander powder, curry leaves. Bring them together.
Saute for about a minute.
* Add water 100ml. Bring it to boil.
* Add corn flour slurry. Give it a mix
Let the sauce thicken.
* Add fried paneer cubes to the prepared sauce.
Coat them with the sauce.
* Add sugar to balance the heat of pepper.
Give it a mix.
* Saute on a high heat for a minute.
* Finish with fresh finely chopped coriander leaves.
* Get your palate ready for a peppery bite.

Thanks …very nice and I've double checked this. You've only asked to put salt in Paneer mix before deep fry.
But no salt was put while sauteing the onions and sauce. Did you miss out or should be not add salt?
