Dough
1 cup Sooji (Semolina)
2 tbs Maida (All-purpose flour)
½ tsp Salt (Namak) or to taste
Water (Paani) as required
Oil for frying

Gol Gappay Water
5 cups Water (Paani)
1 cup Imli (Tamarind) Soak in 1 cup water
½ tsp Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1 tsp Chaat masala or to taste
½ tsp Namak (Salt) or to taste
1 tsp Kala namak (Black salt)
½ tsp Sonth (Dry ginger powder) or as required
1 tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)

Meethi Chutney
½ cup Gur (Jaggery)
½ cup Water (Paani) as required
½ tsp Chaat masala
½ tsp Sonth (Dry ginger powder)
½ tsp Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder)
2 tbs Imli (Tamarind) Soak in water
1 pinch Salt (Namak)
2 tbs Lemon juice

Green Chutney
Green chilies (Hari mirch ) 4-5
½ bunch Green coriander (Hara dhaniya) ½ bunch
½ bunch Mint leaves (Podina)
½ tsp Namak (Salt) or to taste
Paani (Water) as required
