One of my favorite meals. Last time I was in Nayarit, I had pescado zarandeado for dinner before flying out to the States in the next morning.
I couldn’t finish everything, so had it wrapped up in foil and brought it home through US Customs

I used to go to a place in Rosarito that had the best pescado zarandeado. It was my favorite thing to eat, and I would go there once a month.

Makes me want to go back to Tecomán. My dad used to drive us there since he worked in the local cement plant. We stayed at a small cabin near the beach. This was back in 2005. Never had a better zarandeado ever since.
