  1. Question: is tripa the small intestine or tripe? And is it the same as tripitas?

    If it’s not to much to ask for. What steps did you use to grill the tripas. I’ve tried doing it myself and I couldn’t eat them they were to strong in flavor and tough.I love tripas but only when they are made right.Your advice will be much appreciated.
