Ingredients:
1 lbs Mutton.
2 Dry Bayleaves.
6 tbsp Yogurt.
1 tbsp minced Ginger-Garlic.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
2 Tomatoes.
2 Green Chili pepper.
Recipe:
In a pressure cooker add 1/2 cup water. Add mutton and bayleaf. Add little more water. Bring it to a boil. Cover and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
In a wok heat some oil. Add cooked mutton. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add yogurt. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the rest of the yogurt. Cook until the oil separates. Add minced ginger-garlic. Cook for a minute. Add salt and red chili powder. Cook until oil separates. Add tomatoes. Add green peppers. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add fresh cilantro.
