World’s greatest CHiLi recipe.

Ingredients:
2 lb of Ground Beef
1 14 oz can of Chopped Tomatoes
1 14 oz can of Kidney Beans
24 oz water

2 Tbsp of Oil
2/3 Large Onion, diced
1/3 diced onion10 green chili chopped

Spices Mix:
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Salt to taste

Preparation:
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat.  Add the onion o the stockpot and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.

Add the ground beef, then add all the spices mix and sauté until browned and cooked through, stirring, and crumbling with a wooden spoon as it cooks for 10 minutes.

Add kidney beans and stir for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and stir for 5 minutes.

Transfer the chili to an instant pot, add 24 oz water, pressure cook for 30 mins for tenderizing the meat. Alternatively, slow cook the chili for 2 hours to achieve the same result.

Simmer the chili for 10-20 minutes for getting the right thickness.

Taste and season with salt, pepper, cumin powder, garlic as needed.

Serve with chopped onion and green chili, cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
