You realize that every single food commercial and image in advertising is either made in-house at the ad studio or is make from fake inedible material. You never receive what you see in the commercial or image. If they can get away with that then they can get away with this.

I worked at Taco Bell, we were owned by a franchise that controlled over 50tbs on the southern east coast. We were encouraged to skimp customers daily. I worked graveyards (ours was open til 4am), and we wouldn’t skimp, a lot of times we did the opposite. They never complained because our shift was where 90% of our positive reviews came from.

Wow, literally just 2 hours ago I made a Taco Bell order on the app… I was charged twice once for $53.06 and another for $54.00. Food hasn’t come and I’m pretty sure it isn’t coming was supposed to be here at 1:30.. I’m really pissed
