Artichoke is 3.3 grams of protein for 100 grams, but what does it matter, the entire protein craze is a myth propagated by the meat and dairy industry.

Could anyone leave a link to watch his next lecture about suppliments? Also, is there any of his videos about nutritarian diet for pregnancy ?
Dr Fuhrman, Do you have any advice or information on families with complex challenges. We have a child on the spectrum with an avoidant selective diet (she preferres high fat, salt, crispy foods like processed meats, chicken nuggets, and buttered rice. Drs want her in high calorie diet due to malnutrition and they (dr and nutritionist) are suggesting adding oil, butter, peanut butter, etc to whatever we can get her to consume. Trying to model. She said she wants to like vegetables and fruits. But the actual act is very challenging.
I just started sharing videos on my Youtube channel about how our family of 4 has made this WFPB way of eating work for the past 14 years. Keeping it simple is key. Our cauliflower Alfredo sauce that I make in the instant pot is a family favorite.
Dried mixed herbs, sundried veggies (from Lidl Italian range, oil-free, have a little salt, delicious! and you only need to eat a few, very low cal). Microwave garlic – much quicker than roasting it. Grated carrot and beetroot added to salads, sprinkle with fresh lemon juice.
Please Dr Fuhrman show how to make these recipes, it's hard to follow otherwise, thank you.
Off topic question: If you have not done so already, I would love to hear Dr. Fuhrman's view of all these weight loss shots that appear to be the magic "pill" for Americans to eat anything and everything they want and still lose weight. I cannot believe that healthy food isn't the better choice …
Fascinating how healthy this man looks. Headliner
