I have watched several videos featuring crab in various sauces, and they look delicious. Your salted egg and black pepper sauces are easy to prepare. Someday I have to get some crabs and try this for myself. Chili crab too.

Can you skip the deep oil frying first and just toss the raw crab together with the gravy? I think itās healthier that way
