Bell Pepper Eggs in 15 Minutes

Our bell pepper eggs are a great combination of 3 colors and types of bell peppers, salt, pepper, chili flakes, sunny side up eggs, and some freshly chopped parsley. I always cover and fry to perfection. Serve these with some toast and they are they star of all breakfast recipes. The great thing is, they can be done in 15 minutes or under.

As always, give them a try and let us know how you like them.

  1. This really looks good, and easy to make. Right up my alley. Can’t wait to give it a try.

  2. I think it's great for breakfast. I'll make it tomorrow. Thanks Dave for another great and simple recipe.

  3. That’s a great idea! I’m going to put mine on top of a open faced toasted muffin with sausage!

  4. Thank you!! I just tried this cool idea and my kid who does not like eggs, ate it, mind you I covered it with cheese for her 🙂 It was a really nice change from eating capsicum or eggs the same old way.

  5. So Shierra C Styver sent me to you from her video (she learned to cook this from you and took my music to put over it and it was funny to me as I just started cooking stuff on YouTube, like small world because she subbed over Buffy not that) and I have Got to try this!

  6. Made this for the husband and it turned out good 😀 Thank you!
