I’d recommend leaving it for another 2 weeks,
Fertilize if you haven’t recently.
First year grower myself so take this with a grain of salt. But i potted up one of 2 of each of my variety’s and the ones I left alone have grown bigger then the ones I potted up.
Hopefully someone more experienced will chime in though.

Palm flat on top the soil, stem in between fingers, pick it up and turn it over upside down, let it fall down into your hand, transfer to other pot that already has some soil waiting. It will stay in one piece when you flip over unless it’s super dry or super waterlogged. Try to disturb as little as possible. Lift and shift.

Give a watering so that the soil binds and then tease out from the pot with hand around base of stem right down against the soil. Should come out cleanly

I wouldn’t repot it yet but usually when I repot I let the soil go a little dry and then just tip the whole thing upside down and you can poke a chop stick or something similar thru the drainage holes to get it out.
