Chicken Cutlet Recipe || D’Chef Recipe ||

Chicken cutlets are the perfect solution to quick weeknight meals and is a popular Indian cuisine. They are patties made with chicken, herbs and spices. Cutlets are best served with sauces and condiments. Watch this video to find out the recipe..

Ingredients:
For marination:-
• Chicken – 250 gms
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Chili powder – ½ tsp
• Salt
• Pepper – 1/4 tsp
• Potatoes – 2 nos.
• Water
Boil the chicken and potato. Then grind the chicken (optional).
Mixture:-
• Oil
• Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Onion – 1
• Pepper – ½ tsp
Saute them till the onions are transparent.
• Boiled Chicken
• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
• Chili powder – ½ tsp.
• Chicken Masala Powder- 1 tsp.
• Garam Masala Powder- ½ tsp
• Salt (if required)
Switch off the stove
• Potato
Mix well and form balls.
For coating:-
• Egg – 1 no.
• Bread Crumbs
Refrigerate them for up to 10 mins. Then fry them.
