The seeds were labeled as classic red carolina reapers, but they are not turning red. The peppers are going from green to brown / purple. Any Idea about identification ? When should i harvest ?

Do you mean the brown color on the top of the fruit?
To me it looks like a natural sun screen peppers built, but it is nothing to worry about
Looks like a Reaper. They’ll turn red. Those superhots can take a while.
Yeah wait until the full color transition. super hots take long but usually when one turns they all start turning
