Ingredients:
3 cups Spinach.
2 Potatoes.
1 tsp Salt.
1 tsp Red chili powder.
1 tsp Cumin seed powder.
1 tsp Coriander powder.
1 tsp Black pepper.
1 tsp Garam masala.
3 Dry Chili pepper.
2 tbsp Cream.
Recipe:
Boil 3 cups of spinach in 1/4 cup water. Boil for 7 minutes. Blend it.
Heat some oil in a wok. Add onion and fry until soft. Add dry chili pepper and cumin seeds.
Fry for a minute. Add garlic-ginger paste. Fry for a few seconds. Add tomato puree and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, chili powder, cumin seed powder, and coriander powder.
Cook the masala for 7-10 minutes. Add potatoes. Fry for 3-5 minutes. Add boiled palak. Mix well and add water. Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add black pepper and cream. Mix well.
Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Enjoy.
