For meal prep I used 1 can of black beans, drained & rinsed then divided it evenly between my containers, topped with chili-lime seasoning and let them cook in the microwave when I reheated my lunch.
I also added a cup of brown rice & quinoa mix! Top with salsa, sour cream, lettuce tomatoes, avocado, anything!
