    Serrano is my guess. Hot, but not excruciating hot.

    They look ready, but they’re better if you let them turn red IMO

    Those look like Serranos to me! You can pick them now or wait till they turn red. Red will be slightly sweeter overall but both will be hot. Red tending to be slightly hotter but sweeter, while green has more of those grassy notes to it.

    Serrano will easily snap right off the plant when ripe. Just give the stem of the fruit a slight tug upwards and see. I prefer to pick them when they’re still green.

    Wow, this is the first time I didn’t see 47 different peppers suggested as to what kind of peppers these are. 😁 Although this is a no brainier sham dunk.
