*Roasted Makhanas in an Airfryer*
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Preheat time: 5 minutes at 180Ā°c
Cooking time: 2-4 minutes at 180Ā°c
Serves: 2
*Ingredients*
_For Masala Makhana_
1 Ā½ cups Makhana/Fox nuts
2 tsp Oil
Ā¼ tsp Turmeric powder
Ā¼ tsp Pink salt
Ā¼ tsp Dry mango powder
1 Ā¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder
_For Pepper Makhana_
1 Ā½ cups Makhana/Fox nuts
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Black peppercorns, crushed
Ā½ tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
*Process*
_For Masala Makhana_
– In a bowl, add makhana/fox nuts, oil and mix well.
– Add turmeric powder, pink salt, dry mango powder, degi red chilli powder and mix it well.
– Preheat the Philips Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180Ā°c.
– Add makhana/fox nuts and cook it for 2 minutes at 180Ā°c.
– Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
_For Pepper Makhana_
– In a bowl, add makhana/fox nuts, oil, black peppercorns, turmeric powder and mix it well.
– Preheat the Philips Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180Ā°c.
– Add makhana/fox nuts and cook it for 2 minutes at 180Ā°c.
– Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
