I don’t like any of them. The habanero + ghost has no flavor. The others are not very good. Still a huge fan of the regular El Yucateco flavors but I think the new ones are a swing and a miss.

Ghost is personally too spicy for me, but it tastes great.
Seafood ones are great on seafood, I really like the smokiness of the black one better.
Still finding the right food pairing for the coffee one, but I don’t dislike it.
Grilled pineapple is too sweet for me, but the flavor’s good.

This brand gets a 4 out of 10 for me. So I’ll likely never buy them but I would try them all as I am a bit of an enthusiast for hot sauces.
Edit: with that says I would go “hab and ghost” first. Those two peppers generally make a good sauce for my pallet and preferred heat level for daily use, I mean this individually for the most part.

Ive only had the chiltepin and the grilled pineapple and I absolutely loved both. El Yacateco can do wrong

I feel like the coffee is getting some hate but it’s a nice balance between sweet and heat with a natural coffee flavor in the background. I feel like most people that hate on it can’t cook. This in magic is chili, mole, binder in a BBQ rub….

I really liked the ghost. Pineapple was ok, but if im going for a sweet sauce, I would just get Dirty Dick’s. Haven’t opened the other ones yet.

I haven’t had M Red yet or Hab and Coffee, but I have tried the rest.
I think Hab and Chiltepin is the clear winner. The flavor is the most unique of the bunch, with M Black coming in just behind.
Hab and Ghost is good, with good flavor, but it’s just an increase in spice over regular El sauce. It’s good.
The Hab and Pineapple is not particularly good. It’s just like syrup, which if that’s what you want, cool, but not for me. The flavor is not strong enough to justify the sauce and just gets lost in the sugar.
Hab and Chiltepin is the truth, and I have already plowed through my bottle.

I will not try any of them again. Possibly the pineapple for grilled chicken but that’s it. Now I will always put el Yucateco red,xxx, and Caribbean as some of my all time favs. Green sucks

Their green habanero hot sauce is what got me into hot sauces. I’ve never had a bad one from them. They always have good flavor and aren’t just spicy for spicy sake

I liked them all. Except ghost and habanaro. It didn’t sound good to me so I didn’t get it. I will say they are not that spicy hot, not nearly like the original sauces.

In order of favorite to least favorite:
Grilled pineapple, marisquera Red, marisquera Black, Chiltepin, Coffee, Ghost.
Chiltepin is my favorite, good on everything.
