Chili Garlic Prawn

Ingredients:
Prawn 2 cups
Roughly chopped garlic (5-6 cloves)
Sliced 1 onion
Oil 1/2 cup
Sliced 3-4 green chili
Dried red chili 2 pieces (seedless)
Chili sauce 1 table spoon
Tomato sauce 1 table spoon
Salt as per taste
A handful of chopped coriander
Thinly sliced garlic (2 cloves)

Recipe:
Fry the prawns in 1/2 cup of oil for 2 minutes each side. Heat 2 table spoon of oil into another pan, add chopped garlic and onions and fry them until golden brown. Add chili sauce and give it a stir (add water if needed). Now add the prawns, chilis and tomatoe sauce. Don’t forget to add salt and give a good mix. Shift them in a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander and garlic. Serve hot.
