Black beans + rice. Potatoes work too.
These ingredients definitely work better with black beans than refried beans or potatoes. I’d swap for black beans, definitely, but also maybe add potatoes or rice so it’s not so soupy.
The vegetarian swap options are black beans or potatoes.
Since you like black beans, I suggest that.
Potatoes if you like the contrast / drier burrito, black beans for a more veggie tasting burrito.
Black beans and rice. If I get that I usually add BB and rice anyways because that’s too much sauce from some lettuce and chicken.
But if I was doing a veggie swap I’d do extra black beans and rice.
