    You know they are the real deal when they got the double tortilla. In Mexico that’s known as tacos “con copia” or with copy. I guess the meaning goes back to the time of photocopies.

    So I have to ask, why is carne asada always minced up? My go to spot back home it was marinated for 8-10 hours to make it tender and then cut into small cubes and cooked medium rare/medium, and I feel like the texture is way better. These do look great though. Would happily clear that plate.
