Collecting farm fresh green and red jujube from jujube tree and our beautiful village lady cooking delicious spicy sweet sour garlic jujube pickle for our cute kids and women. In Bengali, we called jujube as boroi and pickle means achar. So, in our native language, we called this recipe boroi achar.
Boroi achar is a very old, traditional and long stored pickle recipe and very popular to us. We can eat this achar recipe with rice, bread, roti etc. Boroi achar is one of the most mouth watering recipe in the world.
Special thing is that, the pregnant women are those who loved this recipe very very much.
The kids are very special guest to us. We are very happy to eat with them. And they are also very happy to eat different and delicious food item with us.
