Masala Pasta Recipe

Masala Mix
2 Small Cinnamon Sticks
7 Cardamom
4 Dry Red Chili
8 Cloves
4 Long Pepper
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Peppercorns
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp Turmeric

Meat Preparation
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Large Red Onion
3 Chopped Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
450-gram Ground Chicken
¼ cup Diced Bell Pepper
2 Medium Diced Tomato
¾ tsp Salt

Instructions:
1. In a pan add cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves, dry red chili, long pepper, coriander seeds, peppercorns, cumin seeds, black cumin seeds and temper without oil until fragrant
2. Transfer into a spice blender, add salt, turmeric then blend until fine powder
3. Add olive oil to a pan along with chopped onions, chopped garlic, 2 tablespoon of the masala mix, tomato paste, and ground meat of your choice, diced bell pepper, diced tomato and salt
4. Cook for 25 minutes with lid on
5. Cook pasta in boiling water with salt and olive oil
6. Place cooked pasta onto individual plates and pour generous amount of meat sauce on top for each
7. Enjoy!
