What’s the shelf life on these? I found some that are likely near the 2 year mark. Still g2g?

At the TB in my town when I was a teenager, they kept all the reserve sauce packets in huge buckets in those cabinets underneath. They left it unlocked one time, so my buddy decided to just take a couple buckets. It turns out there is such a thing as having too many TB sauce packets.
