Today I will show you how to make your very own ghost pepper hot sauce! How to make the best hot sauce in your own kitchen out of fresh Ghost Peppers (Bhut Jolokia). I used home-grown peppers and tomatoes for this recipe but everything else was store bought. This sauce is hot, sweet, and tangy all in one! I love it, I put it on meatloaf, tacos, rice, Mexican food, etc. Like Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, you can really put this stuff on anything. Please be advised that due to the extreme heat of these peppers, you should be weary with the sauce. Eat it at your own risk!

~About Lucas Grows Best~
From as far back as I can remember, I have always loved nature. As a toddler I was fascinated by insects and all things creepy crawlie. I would often search for bugs in the backyard with my dad and would observe bugs such as spiders, bumblebees, and praying mantids with an adoring eye. At age 12, I bought my first pack of tomato seeds from a local supermarket. My intention was to try my hand at growing tomatoes in the backyard, because I loved eating toasted tomato sandwiches. With little-to-no gardening experience, and parents who did not garden/knew little about gardening, I started from the ground and worked my way up. My first year, I just grew tomatoes, and harvested a surprising amount from the six determinate “Bush Beefsteak” plants I had. This food-growing experiment (from which I expected very little success) sparked my interest in gardening. I constantly watch videos about gardening and research ways to improve my own growing experience. Being unsatisfied with gardening content online, I decided to make my channel Lucas Grows Best. I think that you will find my channel both entertaining and enjoyable. My goal is to inspire people to take action with their own gardens and get serious about growing their own food. We, as individuals and as an entire planet, NEED to use our resources wisely and maximize food production. There are far too many starving people out there to be using that backyard as a flat of turf. Join me and together we will create a more productive and brighter future for our children and our children’s children, one tomato plant at a time!

Could just take the seeds out and leave the Placenta that has the heat if you want it crazy hot. Or strain out the seeds! Just my thoughts.

I just made my first batch of hot sauce ever today. I used Ghost peppers, 1 carolina reaper, Onion, and garlic I rosted them in my air fryer, then after put 2tbs apple vinegar, Pineapple juice,Cuman, sugar,Ginger, salt, Tumirc, minced onions. And bleded them all in a blender I left the seeds and placenta in. It's really hot and super Sweet at the same time highly recommend trying this recipe out. It made about 15-20 oz of hot sauce 😋
How long is the sauce good for??
