My girlfriend and I have never seen one of these before. What’s the reason behind it? Did the resturant have a bad track record and was forced to or did they do it on their own volition? Their Google review says they have a 3.9 which isn’t bad considering most reviews are usually bad experiences

Probably to filter out the problem reports from corporate. I’m guessing they tellthebell when it’s a positive experience. I believe customer satisfaction is a bonus metric for franchisees.
I thought this was against core but that’s not the usual bait for surveys that’s specifically wanting to hear about problems which makes me think this store has had issues. Instead of ho wrong over shoulders they make them hand these out so they know if they mess up they’ll have customers ratting them out. Desperate actions but if it works I guess it makes sense
This store is likely in hot water with corporate and they are trying to stop the negative emails, reviews, etc…from getting to corporate.
I got this once. They forgot my dipping Taco but I was just too busy to care to take time out of my day to go back and forth over $4.
Nahhhh 3.9 is bad. We usually have free taco cards for mistakes?
