It’s definitely one of my favorite things to eat. I also love how you can preserve it and have it year round! Your recipe looks delicious. I will have to try it

  3. I got a jar today from the grocery store, it was loaded with sugar, so much that it tasted more like a jam, I was so disappointed

  4. Yum! I bought this jarred from a Mediterranean grocer but it's kind of expensive so maybe I'll try making it myself!

  5. I can’t wait to make this. I used to buy so many jars of this from a middle eastern store. I use it to add to pasta dishes.

  6. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I recently discovered the dish Ajvar and can't wait to make it myself as it is now red pepper season here where I live. God Bless.
