  1. this guys way too into himself. he needs to brush his teeth before anything else. ive met him a few times at my local hot sauce expos in los angeles but hes just way into himself.

  2. Interesting to hear that pepper sauce preserves as it is. I just harvested my first peppers and find out there will be lot more of them than I can eat before they get bad. I just couldn't find any sauce with proper ingredients. I want pepper flavor, not garlic, vinegar or mustard.

I ended up mushing them with tomatoes and put on a freezer packed into ice cube bags. I stored bags into glass container to avoid taste contamination. Then I can get fresh pepper taste around the year

  3. He said what to do about a hot mouth but didnt say anything about the other end. I eat peppers sometimes and my mouth doesn't feel any heat but my other end does later that night lol. What do we do about that?

  4. Hold crushed ice and milk in your mouth. Trust me it works. Been doing this over a decade. Dont swallow, spit and hold some more. Your welcome

  5. Umm honestly I have no idea who breed the Carolina reaper and pepper X but if this dude is going to take credit for both I’m skeptical.

  6. Haha I’ve always pull the I’m Mexican I can handle the heat..and handful of times I would regret saying that 😂

  7. I know a lot about peppers but I also know a lot about knives and Mr. Ed Currie's is a kershaw blur designed by Ken Onion… no kidding… 💚🌶🔪

  8. Ok kids!!
Don't eat hot sh__ all the time!
Your teeth will turn yellow, you will have the shakes, and u may wear oversized clothes

  9. I never understood the saying "Don't dive into the deep end of the pool". Isn't that what you should be diving into? I really wouldn't want to dive into the shallow end of a pool.

  10. I'm getting back on my fire game, just got back to the point where i can eat the hottest at my local joint (about twice as hot as blazin, but actually delicious)

  11. I feel like if someone has asthma and eats an extremely hot pepper, it could trigger an asthma attack or something
