Pork Pepper Fry Mangalorean Style



Pork Pepper Fry
This is simple yet deliciously peppery pork preparation. As the name suggests, the main ingredient here is Pepper. While the caramelized onion gives the dish a traditional taste, a splash of Brandy makes the dish even more special..
As the primary flavour giving ingredient is black Pepper, we are neither using any other spice like Garam Masala or Chilly powder nor any garnish like Coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

Marination:
Pork 600-700g
Salt
Pepper
Turmeric

For stir fry:
Onion 1 sliced
Onions 2 diced
Green chillies 2
Garlic 7-8 cloves ( chopped finely)
Ginger 1″ ( chopped finely)
Pepper powder 1-2 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Brandy 30ml (optional)
