You are crazy if you don’t use the app

Before and after using app rewards. Not only does it save time checking out when picking up the order but you get awesome rewards. Seriously it doesn’t take much till you get enough points for a free item. Getting a cheesy Gordita crunch for free is amazing. Then you add in the happy hour drink for $1.00 it makes paying for Taco Bell more manageable with the crazy prices of everything now. Basically got half off my meal.

You’re not wrong but calling other people crazy as you’re buying a quesadilla a la carte seems a little crazy to me

3 entrees one being a small burrito for nearly $16. this dude doesn’t know how to live más

Almost as crazy as spending $5.79 on that sad excuse of a quesadilla.

It would have been about the same price to order the cheesy gordita crunch, a burrito (beefy 5 layer or bean burrito, if not a cheesy bean and rice), plus a a freeze as your drink in the build your own cravings box plus the chicken quesadilla (plus, you wouldn’t have used up a reward that way). That, or you could use the reward on a breakfast quesadilla at breakfast time

I went the NNG back on rewards list. It’s the only reason I wanted fire status.

I wish I still had the grilled option !!!

You’re crazy for ordering a $6 quesadilla that’ll barely contain any chicken

  8. I always use the app,
I park in the parking lot and order from the app, then go in and eat

Just because you’re using the free item doesn’t mean you didnt pay for it.

Taco Bell forced me to use the app in June when they brought the volcano taco back lol

This goes for any restaurant that has an app and rewards.

I’d love to use the app but my local Taco Bell has a horrific tiny parking lot that is only on one side of the building.

If you park in it, you will be stuck there if there’s more than 2 cars in the drive-through. Whoever designed it apparently thought there would not be more than 2 cars in the drive-thru at any given moment, because the arrows behind the drive-thru are also pointing in the opposite direction of the line, suggesting you can’t line up there…

They don’t allow drive-thru pick up, in-store only, but no way I’m getting stuck in that mess.

they should either let one use their taco pass and redeem a reward simultaneously or give more than 30 days to redeem (i think 90 days would be a reasonable limit/max)

My food won’t be delivered if I use the app, nor will it be refunded when it never arrives. I’d be a total idiot to use the app unless I happened to be in store.

I also do not like giving away my cell phone data to food corporations just so they charge me the actual prices for their food.

I usually pickup a couple stray receipts when I go in to pickup my order. you can enter up to 2 receipt codes/day. easy way to get free food if you’re into any of the fire tier menu items.

Nah, I’m not gonna use the app. There are too many times that I pull up and they’re either closed early, have some kind of systems problem, or they’re out of ingredients. Not to mention that if you save your card information on their app they have poor security and customers often have their accounts hacked.

I wish they would add the quesadilla as a reward

Inflation is being caused by reward apps tbh. Imagine if companies got rid of reward apps prices would be lower. I think we saw prices go up and companies implemented rewards to make people think they’re getting a deal when in reality you’re getting prices originally without mark up

No matter how small of an order I get, I always use the app. My cravings box and my fire rewards.
