I tried this once and couldn’t get the cheesy roll up unwrapped without ripping the tortilla. My go-to now is wrapping the taco up in an unrolled cheesy bean and rice burrito. Absolute perfection and filling too.

If cheesy roll ups were filled like yours was I’d actually order them. 9 times out of ten there’s less than a dipping sauce cups worth of cheese on mine.
