TURKEY KALE STUFFED PEPPERS: Recipe ⬇️
Great for meal prep and family dinners
*INGREDIENTS* 4 Red Bell Peppers – halved vertically and take out the seeds, 1 Pound of ground turkey (or crumbled tofu), 2 Lg handfuls of Tuscan kale – chopped, 1 Carton of baby bella mushrooms – sliced, 1/2 Sweet onion – diced, 3 Cloves of garlic – minced, 1 Can of diced tomatoes, 3 Handfuls of grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, Thyme
*INSTRUCTIONS*
Preheat oven to 450 2. Coat halved peppers in oil and place them cut side down on a baking sheet to form a dome. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until soft, and let them cool 4. Saute onions in oil until they become translucent. Add garlic and saute for 1 more minute 5. Add mushrooms, season with salt, pepper and thyme for 3 minutes 6. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with your utensil, and cook until fully done 7. Stir in can of diced tomatoes 8. Add kale and two handfuls of grated cheese,along with a drizzle of oil 9. Stuff the peppers with turkey mixture and top with a layer of grated cheese 10. Drizzle oil on top 11. Bake for 10 min 12. Broil until the cheese is crispy 13. Serve with a side of salad and/or rice

Too much quick shot transitions, and comes off too much of the stereotypical quirky youtuber with high energy. If you are gonna do that route, keeping polishing, because as much as I love the recipe, kinda hard to watch through the cringe
