April 1 should have been the Chili Cook-off at Trinity. Several members of the Trinity staff made chili today and we want to share our creations with you. Enjoy! Now you have a year to perfect your chili recipe in hopes of winning the Chili Cook-off Trophy next year. We miss everyone being together.
