Has anyone used the $5 off reward?

I recently made a purchase which came out to $6.50; but after applying this reward, when going to checkout, it changed the price of the tacos so that the new total was $9.25 with the $5 off the new subtotal was $4.25, any idea why this happened?

    I was expecting $1.50 subtotal ($6.50 – $5).

It defaults to the cheapest item. Yes, it’s that stupid.

I’m guessing you tried to combine this with a different offer? You can’t stack offers, you can only use this $5 coupon or the other offer you selected, but not both at the same time

Got one in my rewards too, thanks tbell for the $5 off the cheapest item for the $20 worth of food I didn’t get last time

Imma guess the 6.50 was with another promo – problem is, the 5$ mea culpa reward you used here for a prior TB mistake won’t stack, so it swapped offers and charged you the non-promo price for your food minus 5$.

When I filed a complaint several months ago and talking to a CSR about losing my gift card balance thru the app, never received a refund or email!! Sure didn’t get a $5 reward either!!! But glad some got it for whatever reason.
