    Had this happen, hit pay with Apple Pay and the app crashed lol, didn’t charge me and worked next try- only for them to forget my CGC.. pain man.

    Sometimes I think is because of the meat substitute. It could be in the fine print of rewards that you can’t make a substitution.

    I’ve had a chalupa with chicken and another item on the rewards list in my cart, and even though I chose the chalupa it would default to the other item if it had no substitutes

    Whenever that happens I delete the item and re add it or go and see if I need to update the app. No way am I wasting a reward like that
