Scammed on Taco Bell Rewards


This is the third time this has happened. Taco Bell has not honored their resealed system, and I believe this has gone beyond the pale of simple “forgetting”.

I recently ordered a taco bell combo with a chalupa reward, and while my order was correct, I received a cheesy roll up instead of my chalupa. How do you mess this up if it isn’t on purpose?

I am sick of the Taco Bell complaint and FAQ section being completely worthless. I have shown nothing but loyalty, and I am rewarded with this blatant slap in the face. Taco Bell needs to start taking customer concerns into account ASAP, or face potential unhappy customers and lawsuits.

Has his happened to anyone else?

    I’ve not had that happen, but I’d suggest that you start digging through your order at the window to make sure that it’s correct. Mistakes happen a lot at TBell.

    I don’t think the people making the good care enough to help taco bell scam you. They just made a mistake, I highly doubt they want to help make taco bell owners wealthier by scamming you. Anyplace I fast food from i figure 50% chance tops order is 100% accurate.

    You have to call the 1-800 number for any type of resolution. The contact us form is useless.

    My recent complaint…. I had a pretty big order, which included a rolled chicken taco box (8 tacos, 4 rolled chicken tacos) and they forgot the rolled chicken tacos

    ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER.

    Doesn’t matter if your at the counter or the drive through, check before you leave the spot your picking it up from. The people behind you can wait.

    I don’t know why people always expect such quality when it comes to fast food. More than likely you have a bunch of teenagers behind the counter who don’t really give a fuck and you wanna mention a lawsuit because of fhat? Be real.

    They got my order wrong yesterday. Guess what I did? Called the store, drove down, and got the correct order. Really it was on me for not checking the bag better in the drive thru still.

    Posts like this are so stupid to me. If this isn’t the first time this has happened, check your food either at the window, or pull into a parking spot. It’s really not that hard of a concept. Also, No one would sue over incorrect items on a taco bell order. Even if they did, there’s no shot they would win. Calm down.

    If you saw the abbreviations on screen you’d find chalupa and cheesy roll up aren’t that different upon a quick glance. Regardless, like everyone else is saying stop playing victim and start checking your orders since this is a store with repeat violations.

    Ah so you’re that guy. I can guarantee you that the employees at Taco Bell don’t give a single fuck about how you ordered your food. Someone grabbed the wrong item and you took it as a personal attack. Have your mommy call the store and tell them you got the wrong thing and I’m sure they’ll fix it for you bud.

    Instead of going on reddit to complain have you tried going back to the restaurant and informing them of their mistake?
