Ingredients:
150-200 g beef
1 bunch spinach
7 cherry tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
Lettuce leaves
Feta cheese
Marinade:
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon non-spicy mustard
1 tablespoon French mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dressing:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon non-spicy mustard
1 tablespoon French mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Marinate the beef for 15 minutes, then fry until cooked through.
You can also marinate the onion (1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt).
Place lettuce leaves on a plate, then spinach, and drizzle with some dressing.
Arrange the remaining ingredients as shown in the video.
Drizzle with the remaining dressing and top with cheese.
