  1. I learned a tip to tenderize calamari is to marinate in buttermilk… does the sichuan pepper do the same?

  3. Dear Marion, I made these squids yesterday. Even with Seshuan pepper. I faund it on Amazon. My wife she loved squids so much, that she told me she looovs me, and I got a big kiss. To bad I didn't know and cook it sooner 🥰Thank you .

  4. Marion I learned an old trick with Calamari. Soak it in Milk for a half hour and cook only high heat 30 seconds each side. Lovely and Tender. I love your show
