Idk why I always forget about molletes. I need to make this soon. My daughter loves it so much and I always tell her what my mom used to say to me when I enjoyed this dish, “this is poor ppl food”
And she responds the same way I used to respond, ” poor ppl food is the best. ”
Same goes for tortilla with butter and salt. Yumm
