Pork Belly Stir Fry – Crispy, Crunchy, Bubbly skin and stir fry with chilli pepper, garlic and holy basil to make a unique​ dish.

▶ Ingredients :
● 300 g Pork Belly
1 tsp, Salt
4 tbsp, Vinegar
● Chili Pepper
● Garlic
● Holy Basil
● 1 tbsp, Palm Sugar
● 1/4 tsp, Salt
● 2 tbsp, Fish Sauce

Method :
1. Place the pork bell into a big pan and top with cold water, add salt, and boil for 10 minutes.
2. Stab the skin side with the edge of the knife, and cut top to down(cut skin and fat) but don’t cut off.
3. Marinate meat with salt and vinegar and soak for 5 minutes.
4. Deep fry the skin side for 4-5 minutes on medium heat.
5. Deep fry the other side for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Crush garlic and chili pepper and fry until fragrant.
7. Seasoning palm sugar, salt and fish sauce.
8. Add Deep fried pork and stir fry for 3 minutes.
9. Add the holy basil and continue to stir fry for a few seconds.
10. Serve with steamed rice or a snack for beer.
