  6. I have a overwhelming addiction of adding red pepper flakes to everything so the financially reasonable option is to make it myself from scratch. Thanks for the video

  7. I made dried thai pepper last week, it took 4 days to completely dried (sundried, 28-33°c). Someday I'll try your method to make dried pepper. Thanks for your informative video

  8. So is the oven on for all those hours or do you preheat it and turn it off before place 🌶️ inside oven?

  9. I have loads of cayenne peppers but mine are long and super skinny. Yours looks huge! Idk why my peppers are so small 🙁

  10. i tried a similar method recently based off your concept except i cut the chilies in 1/2.. to dry them out quicker to my amazement it was a total success.. after crushing them i put it through a blender to powder it .. .. the taste is absolutely the best .. i think the oven cooking has brought out all the sugars

  11. Nice I usually string mine up in the window but now I see how easy it is to do in the oven I'm going to try this I'll probably still use a blender to crush them up though because I usually just use them for pizza and salads so I want them small enough to come out of a shaker.

  12. most ovens will not go as low as 150 deg. My oven goes as low as 170. You can also dry these when green for a green pepper flake.
