Today we’re doing a super easy smoked brisket Chili recipe, and it’s absolutely perfect for the winter game day. Recipe below!

Ingredients:
2 lbs: smoked brisket (you can substitute ground beef – but why??)
1 onion, finely chopped
6 cloves garlic
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
2 Cans diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
4 Cups beef broth
Directions
1. In a pot, heat brisket until warm (or cook ground beef until browned)
2. Remove meat from pan (leaving juices from meat in there) and add 2 Tbsp cooking fat to the pot.
3. Add onions, garlic, and dry ingredients, and mix. Cook until onions are translucent, stirring occasionally.
4. Once onions are translucent, add diced tomatoes and beef broth to the pot, mix.
5. Return meat to pot, and mix together.
6. Bring chili to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 1.5 hours
7. Serve and enjoy

BTW I got my hands on some dino ribs and am literally following your smoke beef ribs video as we speak! They've been in the smoker for about 2 hours so far…can't wait to see how they turn out.
