My comment doesn't go with this video but had to laugh over the debate on pronouncing syrup! In Utah where I grew up it was pronounced like Steven says it. My husband a Colorado man says it like you do Mandy! We say our "o" different than you also. We say "boy-ull" for boil. But that's what makes us each unique, being different! Really love your videos! You make some delicious meals! I am a great- grandma but still love learning new ways to cook food! Your doing a great job!!!
I just wanted to pop on here and say Thank you for all the great recipes!! My family and I appreciate it so much! I really appreciate it because sometimes figuring out what to make is hard. My husband & I have moved in with my dad 6mths ago when my mom suddenly passed away (on my bday in February) and my dad is older and needs help so I now cook for all of us and without my mom I need help in the kitchen so I had to sat Thank you Mandy!! 😊❤

Mandy, I have been looking for a boston style baked beans in the crock pot, would you have a recipe for that, using navy beans I believe.
I made the cube steak in the crock pot and my husband loves it he usually complains about how chewy my cube steak but your cube steak is our winner dinner it is so good
My friend used to make a similar chili which we labeled “ no fart” chili because of no beans. Lol one thing her recipe called for was a square of unsweetened chocolate.
Wow, I was raised in WV, my Mom fixed Pinto Beans at least twice a week. She always parr boiled her beans, and so do I. Let them boil about three minutes, drain and rinse well. If you let your water come to a boil and put in the crackpot when cooking beans, they cook a lot better.
Mandy, I love watching new cooked. Don't get me wrong but I thoroughly enjoy listening to your husband he is the cutest little thing and very handsome but I love it when he says we're just a bunch of people sitting around the table. Can I buy? That's what he really feels like LOL he's amazing. I think he's a keeper.
I watch your videos with my wife (who is always trying different recipes and perfecting ones she already has. We both enjoy watching those together and especially when your husband and son are taste testing different dishes and meals.

Watched this later…Hi, I am from Texas also. We did not have beans in our chili but Mother always cooked pinto beans for a bowl of beans along side. Never in the chili. Aren't customs different? Somebodies granny made a dish her way..so we kept doing that way.😃
