Ingredients:
For the beef marination:
300 grams of beef undercut, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 egg
3 tbsp. corn flour
Oil for frying
For the sweet chili glaze:
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. garlic chopped
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. chili garlic ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili flakes
Sesame seeds
For the noodles:
Egg noodles
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. garlic chopped
Sliced onion
Sliced carrots
Sliced capsicum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Marinate the beef with salt, black pepper, baking soda and soya sauce. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes. Add an egg and corn flour. Mix and fry in oil until golden brown.
Make the glaze by combining all the ingredients. Add the fried beef and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sliced vegetables to the hot oil. Season with salt and black pepper and add in the boiled noodles.
Serve while still hot.
