CHILI GARLIC PANCIT CANTON at SOTANGHON GUISADO RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp – olive oil
1 head – garlic
10 pcs – spicy chilis (6pcs for garnish)
230 grams – CHICKEN BREAST
1 cup – white onion
110 grams – carrots
240 grams – snow peas
310 grams – Chinese cabbage
1 & 1/2 tsp – Chicken powder (1/2 tsp for veggies, 1 tsp for noodles)
2 tbsp – liquid seasoning
6 cups – water
2 tbsp used oil
1 tsp – ground black pepper
2 tbsp – dark soy sauce
1 tsp – brown sugar
300 grams – PANCIT CANTON/ CHOW MEIN
260 grams – FISH BALLS
100 grams – SOTANGHON
3 stalks – spring onion
CHICKEN MARINADE
1/2 tsp – Chinese cooking ricewine
1/2 tsp – white pepper powder
1/2 tsp – brown sugar
1 tsp – liquid seasoning
1 tsp – sesame oil
1 tbsp – cornstarch
Cooking time: approx 1 hour
Serving: 6+ people
