Yeah, that’s what moldy flatbread looks like. I’ve worked in management for a long time. Occasionally, we receive flatbread like that from our supplier, and it can either be limited to one 12 flatbread package, or a whole case.
I can almost guarantee you that it didn’t get moldy because of anything your local store did wrong, as I’ve worked and managed like a dozen stores and I’ve never seen flatbread go bad from sitting, since it sells so fast.

10+ years in the restaurant industry tells me yes that’s mold. Even if it isn’t, not worth the risk when you could just ask for a replacement, hold the mold.
The color looks like mold, but the shape and lack of any kind of texture leads me to think it is some kind of color transfer.
